Kathy Brennan, a Bert Greene and James Beard Journalism Award winner, is currently a freelance food editor and writer. She also works on conceptualizing, developing, writing, and editing cookbooks, as well as recipe development and testing. She was a senior editor at Saveur, where she worked from 1998 to 2007; prior to that she was at Gourmet and Food Arts. She was a restaurant reviewer for the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong from 1994 to 1996 and a staff writer at The Daily Yomiuri in Tokyo from 1991 to 1993, covering everything from G-7 Summits to fashion, movie premieres, and food.
Caroline Fennessy Campion was the Books Editor at Glamour, as well as a contributing features editor (ASME nomination) and writer. Previously, she worked at Good Housekeeping, GQ (senior editor), Lifetime Magazine (features director), and Saveur (senior editor). She has also written for The New York Times, Time Out New York Kids, Martha Stewart Living, Cherry Bombe and Epicurious, and was a regular blogger for Cookie’s food site, One Small Bite, and Babble’s food site, The Family Kitchen. She is the creator of her own award-winning food and family blog, Devilandegg.com, and contributed to the cookbook Engagement Chicken (Hyperion, March 2011).
They have written two cookbook together Keepers and The Dinner Plan.
