BETH LIPTON is a food editor, writer, natural-foods chef, recipe developer, and health coach. She a contributing editor with Clean Plates and the author of two cookbooks, Peaches (published by Short Stack Editions) and You Made That Dessert? (published by Globe Pequot). She's a former food editor at Health magazine, a graduate of the chef training program at Natural Gourmet Institute and the health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and she holds a BA in print journalism from the University of Southern California. Her writing and recipes have appeared in Travel + Leisure, People and Time. Beth is also the resident chef at Middleberg Nutrition, an NYC wellness practice, where she teaches one-on-one and group cooking classes. Her specialty is making fresh, healthy, energizing food taste delicious and indulgent without hours in the kitchen.
