Stacie Billis is a mom, cookbook author, food editor, and on-air expert. Her book Make It Easy: 120 Mix-and-Match Recipes to Cook From Scratch with Smart Store-Bought Shortcuts When You Need Them is a real-life manual of just-healthy-enough family eating for busy parents and their kids – even the picky ones.
KATIE WORKMAN is a cook, a writer, a mother of two, an activist in hunger issues, and an enthusiastic advocate for family meals, which is the inspiration behind her two beloved cookbooks, Dinner Solved! and The Mom 100 Cookbook.
JENNY ROSENSTRACH, bestselling Author & Food Editor, is the founding editor of DALS (Dinner: A Love Story) – a website devoted to helping parents figure out how to get family dinner on the table. She is the author of The New York Times Bestselling Dinner: The Playbook(Ballantine); Dinner: A Love Story(Ecco/HarperCollins); and How to Celebrate Everything. She has spent much of her professional life editing food and features for websites and magazines such as Bon Appetit, Martha Stewart Living, Cookie (R.I.P.), and Real Simple. She is also mother to two daughters.
KATHY BRENNAN and CAROLINE CAMPION are freelance journalists, former editors and cookbook authors. Both of the books they have coauthored, Keepers and The Dinner Plan, provide tons of recipes and tips to help families get themselves fed.
BETH LIPTON is a food editor, writer, natural-foods chef, recipe developer, and health coach. She is a contributing editor with Clean Plates and the author of two cookbooks, Peaches (published by Short Stack Editions) and You Made That Dessert? (published by Globe Pequot).
TAYLOR ERKKINEN is the founder and Chief Creative Officer of The Brooklyn Kitchen, a radical cooking school on a mission to change the world by teaching busy people how to cook like grown ups. Taylor promotes a continuous kitchen philosophy, cooking and preserving a little bit at a time, all the time, so there's always something nutritious and wholesome on hand to eat.
